Each member and player of the Valley Lacrosse Club (the “Club”) acknowledges that he/she is fully aware of and appreciate the risks, including the risk of catastrophic injury, paralysis and even death, as well as other damages and losses, associated with participation in a Lacrosse event, whether or not organised by the Club and hereby waives any and all claims of liability against the Club, any of the Club’s partners and their officers, directors, employees, members, agents, representatives, contractors and/or auxiliary persons, for any injury, loss of life or other loss or damage suffered by him/her resulting from, or in connection with his/her participation in the event, or as a result of equipment that may have been provided to him/her for the event, whether or not such loss or damage may have been caused by or resulted from the negligence or other fault of the Club, any of the Club’s partners and their officers, directors, employees, members, agents, representatives, contractors and/or auxiliary persons.
